When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and shipped and up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping email notification for your tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@a2bnaturals.com with your name and order number, and we will immediately look into it for you.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds due to the nature of our products.
Our products are handmade to order in small batches for our customers. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you receive a shipping notification, your order has been shipped and can not be canceled.
Exceptions:
We only exchange products that arrive damaged from transit. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at info@a2bnaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our very best to work towards an appropriate solution.
